This scheme slots into the remaining vacant space between other existing buildings, which nonetheless leave it with a line of sight in the direction of Lugano Gulf towards the north. Thanks to its favourable location, the scheme is resolved in the form of an externally cylindrical building which opens up to reveal at its centre a square and an empty space under the transparent roof structure of glass and metal. A transitional area connects this sheltered internal space and its commercial premises on the ground floor with Via Guisan. Above the glass and metal roof there are other three storeys with ample terraces which, thanks to their position offer perfectly private residential conditions, with a double orientation toward the mountain and the lake.
