“A Watch?

It marks the passing of time on its dial. It is an autonomous architectural object, with its own separate identity, its own space and its own function. It is a microcosm, containing within it the fascination of a self-contained object. For this reason I designed an object which is precise, simple, beautiful and sensual and separated the date display from the time display in the middle of the dial, and I called it the “Eye” watch.”

Materials 
steel wrist watch. Strap: waterproofed black leather or black rubber. Waterproof up to 30 m depth. Quartz mechanism, plate glass.
